Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Reporting to the Controller, the Director of Revenue Cycle Management will successfully oversee the Accounts Receivable team which includes billers, collectors, payment posters and the Insurance and Benefits team. The Director is responsible for ensuring BetterNight’s revenue cycle is performing optimally by collecting the maximum revenue allowable. This is a fully remote role working on PST or MST.
Coaching Administrative Assistant
The Coaching Administrative Assistant provides high level patient service and support. This includes but is not limited to patient coaching, education, information, and assessments of patients needing escalation to a Respiratory Therapist. The Coaching Admin will have to maintain a working knowledge of all equipment being dispensed to patients.
Respiratory Therapist II - San Diego, CA
The Respiratory Therapist II sets up and demonstrates required medical and testing equipment to patients. Responsible for delivering respiratory and other equipment and providing service to a patient in their home, in our clinic and at other medical facilities. The Respiratory Therapist II also provides patient support as needed. This includes but is not limited to coaching, education, information and Respiratory Assessments on all patients in an office, home or medical environment, utilizing both face to face encounters and telephone communications. This is a fully onsite role in San Diego, CA.
